There are people whose healing path takes them outward—
into movements, microphones, and moments of bold declaration.
And then there are those who travel inward.
Into silence.
Into mystery.
Into divinity.

Alice Coltrane was one of those women.

When the world lost jazz legend John Coltrane,
Alice lost her husband.
Her partner.
The father of her children.
Her cosmic collaborator.

And in her grief, she didn’t fall apart.
She fell deeper in.

Not into despair,
but into Spirit.

She studied the sacred texts.
She chanted ancient names.
She played music the world had no name for—
sounds that braided the holy with the human,
pain with power.

Alice became Swamini Turiyasangitananda.
She built an ashram.
Led others in prayer.
Mothered her children while mothering a whole movement of spiritual music.

She did not need cameras.
She did not need validation.
She needed truth.

And she found it within.

✨ For the Survivor walking a quiet path…
You may not shout your story.
You may not want to revisit the pain on a stage or in a book.
That does not make your healing smaller.
That does not make your survival less real.

Alice shows us:
You can be powerful in your stillness.
Sacred in your silence.
Liberated in your retreat.

🔮 Affirmation:
“Like Alice, I honor the path within.
My healing is sacred—even when it’s unseen.”
