Here are a few that have stood the test of time:

  • Chamomile – Soft like a lullaby. Helps with sleep, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm.

  • Lemon Balm – A mood-lifter with a sweet citrus whisper. Calms nerves and boosts clarity.

  • Passionflower – Deep peace in a cup. Supports rest and quiets looping thoughts.

  • Lavender – Gentle and floral. Eases stress and holds you like a hug.

  • Tulsi (Holy Basil) – An ancient protector. Balances the body and the spirit during hard times.

Calming tea recipes

Instructions:
Steep in hot water (not boiling) for 5–7 minutes. Strain and sip slowly before bed.
