You may not have screamed.
You may not have fought back the way they say you “should have.”
You may not have run, or yelled, or told anyone.

But please hear this, with love:
You were still resisting.

Even in silence.
Even in fear.
Even in frozen stillness or tearful obedience or confusion.
Even in going along to get through.

That, too, was resistance.
That was your spirit doing what it had to do to survive.
That was your body choosing life, even when your voice was stolen.
That was power—not weakness.

Some people only define strength by what they can see.
But you know better now.

There is power in survival.
There is strength in protecting your mind when you couldn’t protect your body.
There is strength in simply making it through the unthinkable.

And now?
You have a new kind of power:
🕊️ The power to rise.
🕊️ The power to heal.
🕊️ The power to choose yourself, day after day.

Doing the work doesn’t mean shaming who you were.
Doing the work means finally seeing her clearly.
Seeing that she was never weak—
She was wise.
She was strategic.
She was sacred.

Affirm with us:
💛 Even in silence, I was resisting.
💛 Even in fear, I was strong.
💛 There is power in surviving.
💛 And now, I rise—on my terms, in my time, with my truth.

You are not broken.
You are becoming.

And we are so proud of you.
