Dear Survivor,
Your superpower isn’t in what you’ve achieved,
how well you hide the pain,
or how perfectly you hold it all together.
Your superpower is that you are you.
The real you.
The you that has cried and crawled and climbed.
The you who still dares to hope after heartbreak.
The you who keeps choosing healing,
even when it’s messy, uncertain, or slow.
You don’t have to become anyone else.
You don’t have to earn your worth.
You don’t need permission to shine.
You already carry light.
You already carry power.
You already carry enough.
🌿 Being you is a sacred act of resistance.
In a world that tries to shape you into silence,
into apology,
into someone easier to digest—
you choosing to remain you is holy.
So don’t shrink.
Don’t water yourself down.
Don’t wait to be picked or praised.
💜 Affirm this today:
“My truth is enough.
My voice is enough.
My presence is powerful.
I am not too much. I am not too little.
I am me—and that is my superpower.”
To every Survivor who doubts their worth:
You are not here by accident.
You are not here to play small.
You are here to be fully, boldly, beautifully you.
We see you. We honor you. Keep going.
