I release relationships that feed on my light but offer no warmth in return.
I am not here to shrink, dim, or beg for reciprocity.

AND……

  1. I walk away with my head high and my spirit intact—because I am not the one who failed to love.
I am the one who dared to love deeply, and now I dare to let go.

  2. I unchain myself from cycles of harm, even if I must break generational silence to do so.
    My healing is ancestral work.

  3. I choose peace over performance.
I do not exist to endure, fix, or explain myself to people committed to misunderstanding me.

  4. I no longer confuse pain with purpose or survival with love.
I know the difference now, and I choose liberation.

  5. I am not required to carry relationships that carry contempt for my wholeness.
If loving me costs me my peace, it is too expensive.

  6. I release myself, not with bitterness, but with sacred authority.
I am free. I am chosen. I am held—by myself, by Spirit, and by those who truly see me.
