You are allowed to leave rooms where your truth is treated like a burden.
You are allowed to say no without a long explanation.
You are allowed to trust your instincts, even when others question your clarity.
You’ve already spent enough time second-guessing yourself.
Enough time being polite to pain.
Enough time making space for people who made none for you.
Not everyone sees what you see.
Not everyone hears what you hear.
But that doesn’t make your knowing less valid—it makes it sacred.
There is wisdom in your body.
There is prophecy in your silence.
There is protection in your distance.
Let them call it dramatic.
Let them call it unforgiving.
Let them call it what they want.
You don’t have to answer to anyone who ignores what it cost you to feel safe again.
You’re not here to earn love through self-sacrifice.
You’re here to be well.
You’re here to live.
You’re here to rise.
And anyone who truly honors you will never ask you to lower your guard just to make them feel better.
With reverence and truth,
